A return to sender spells walks on the threshold between aggressive magic and defensive magic.
As the name suggests, the aim consists in sending back whatever harmful energy is thrown at you, so it is not like actively casting to create damage, but will reflect back to the target whatever malevolent energy thay have put in motion in the first place.

It is perfect for all those situation when someone has active beef with you, and you grew tired of put up with them: people shading you, gossip, a work collegues that are giving you an hard time, and so on. With a return to sender, they reap what they sow.
