By purchasing from this website (awitchypath.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to every sevices provided by A Witchy Path, included but not limited to: rituals, tarot readings, spellwork, energetic services, and any other spiritual work commissioned throught this website. By purchasing, you declare that you are at least 18 years old, and you certify that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
Nature of Services
All services are performed personally by A Witchy Path. The services offered are intended exclusively for spiritual, symbolic, artistic, and entertainment purposes. No concrete, objective, or verifiable results are guaranteed.
Any perceived effects are entirely subjective and depend solely on the client’s personal sensitivity and interpretation.
These services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice in any form.
By purchasing, the client confirms full awareness and acceptance of the above. You will receive your reading or spell in the form of a PDF with explanations, pictures and video, to the email you provided during the checkout, within the terms specified in each product.
Communication channels
Refund Policy
For consultation, you can cancel a booking up to 48h before your scheduled appointment and have a full refund. Cancellations within the 48h range or no-shows will not be refunded.
For spells, every purchase is final and no refund is avaliable, since eventual material necessary is purchased right away, unless your request is denied due to incompatibility with my terms of services, in which case you’ll get a full refund.
Important EU Consumer Notice:
Under Article (52/59) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised items;
- Digital content not provided on a physical medium if the seal is broken.
Due to the nature of my services, that are deeply customised, by purchasing, you expressly consent to your ritual or reading being started before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and waive your right of withdrawal. I do not offer refund for already provided services.
Privacy Policy
Use of Data
We’ll never share any of your personal information (name, contact information, or any kind of data) with any third-party entity. The personal information you provide at the checkout are used solely to contact you in the scope of the service you have purchased. At the checkout you can choose to create an account to store your information to future purchases, it is completely optional.
The data you provide using any form on the website, including contact form, application for donation based spells, free patitions and application for mentorship program are used solely in scope of contacting you back regarding your request.
If you write a review, the form will ask your name and email, both must be filled. The email will not be shared by default. You can choose to have your review shared anonimously, specifying it at the end of the review itself. I approve them personally, so I can manually hide your name before sharing it. If you don’t specify anything, you agree to have your first name shared on my platforms.

Tarot Readings
By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that your reading will not be based on direct future predictions, nor it will contain direct predictions about marriage/relationships, pregnancy, diagnoses, legal outcomes, test results, or any other achievment. You acknowledge that Elena is not responsible for any actions you take as a result of the messages delivered in your reading. By scheduling your reading, you understand that it will not offer legal, financial, mental health, or medical advice, nor they are intended to substitute professional legal or medical providers. You understand that questions regarding the will or energy of another person not present for your reading will be recentred on your experience of the situation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the message you receive may be challenging or not what you want to hear. I do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, regardless of satisfaction with the message delivered.
Your eemailed reading will be started according to my waiting list (first comer first served) and will be delivered to the mail you provided according to the time frame listed in the specific reading (min one week, max two weeks).
For live readings, you can cancel your booking within 48 hours from the appointment. Cancelletion within the 48h range or no shows will not be refunded.
Spells and Rituals
By purchasing a spell, you acknowledge that spell casting services are energetic, spiritual and artistic in nature. Any result that comes after purchasing the spell is bounded to your own material actions. You acknowledge that Elena is not responsible for any actions you take as a result of the spell/ritual. By booking your spell, you understand that it will not offer legal, financial, mental health, or medical support, nor I can guarantee marriage/relationships, pregnancy, diagnoses, legal outcomes, test results, or any other achievement.
You understand that spells that involve the will or energy of another person who has not requested the spell will be recentred on your experience of the situation. If you do not agree with this, your request will be denied.
Your spell will be carried out in accordance to my waiting list (first comer first served). After booking a spell, you will receive a mail from me where I’ll ask further information if I need them, and we’ll decide the best schedule. You’ll receive proof of casting in the form of images and video to the mail you provided on purchase.
Ebooks
By purchasing an ebook, you acknowledge that they are fruit of intellect and protected under copyright. Every use different from personal usage is forbidden. It’s not possible to print them: since I’ve published them independently they are protected under password, and reproduction is forbidden. Legal actions will be taken against unauthorized copies.

All booking times for consultations and tarot readings are listet in UTC +1. When booking a consultation or a reading, your confirmation email should adjust the time to your timezone.
